Hot Springs Motorplex Project: Hot Springs Land Development is planning development of a 8,200 acre world-class recreational destination.

The concept combines multiple anchor opportunities in the realm of commercial, industrial, educational, recreational and related services. The project further establishes Sierra County as a premier location for recreation and tourism.

Walmart: is nearly finished with construction and is anticipating a June 2008 opening. This 104,000sf supercenter has plans to employ approximately 200 people.

Turtleback Mountain Resort: A premier residential community and golf course. The residential development features 1,250 homes located on 1,000 acres and an 18 hole championship golf course. This community will offer a pedestrian trail system, native landscaping and a formal entry to the community as well as individual neighborhoods.
