Truth or Consequences

Located between Las Cruces and Albuquerque on Interstate 25,  Truth or Consequences is renowned for its year-round wonderful climate,  recreational facilities, and its hot springs mineral waters.

The hot days are offset by cool nights, with gentle winters it makes Truth or Consequences a haven for "snowbirds". Autumn and spring bring a piece of paradise to the county side and at night a sky full of bright stars.

The Chiricahua Apache leader Geronimo, frequently visited the area to find soothing relief in the hot spring mineral waters. Today, folks from all over this great nation visit the many mineral bath houses and spas for a geothermal bath.

Truth or Consequences has a strong sense of tradition, but are always looking to the future. Our Community leaders understand the need to prepare for the future and with Sierra County being selected to be the home of Spaceport America, the future has arrived.
