Western New
Mexico University offers a variety of classes at 100 and 200
levels along with a tailored curriculum aimed at the needs of new
business. With a campus in Truth or Consequences, WNMU is an ideal
location for setting up customized training for any category of
higher learning.
Dona Ana Community College offers dual credit college level classes
within the Hot Springs High School curriculum. currently there are
71 students in the program with 12 classes being taught.
New business training needs can be addressed within this program as
well. Within two years Dona Ana is opening a community college
satellite branch in nearby Hatch, NM which will broaden the
availability of higher education opportunities for Sierra County
even more.
